This article cites a pathetic upcoming legal battle. Don't misunderstand what I am saying ... I am an advocate for eating healthy ... but this is just another way for a few lawyers to make a dime. Eating right is not that hard. It took me awhile to design a diet I can enjoy and that is healthy but I do have one. The first step: Don't eat at McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's.
