I have worked as a 'Technical Support Representative' for an ISP. I know the job, I know the policy and I know the procedure.
It took 7 calls, 6 days, 3 Technical Support Representatives, 3 Customer Support Representatives, 2 escalation tickets and 1 Support Engineer to get my account issue resolved.
The problem should have taken about 2 minutes to fix.
All I needed was my account manually registered but, instead I had to jump through support hoops. If I had to grade Comcast on their support prowess ... they would get a C-.
The speed and connection quality however, is excellent ... an A.
