I am still trying to figure out how I feel about the election of George W. Bush to the office of President for a second term. I hesitate to call it a reelection due to the proceedings in '04 however, it is undoubtly his second and last term. I hope they aren't grooming Jeb for 2008.
To me there were three positives among an assload of negatives:
1. Barack Obama - IN - Hopefully, over the next four years he proves he is worth the hype.
2. Tom Daschle - OUT - What a sniveling, crazed and rabid twit. This guy has done nothing but hurt the Democratic Party for the past 10 years.
3. Democracy - IN - It appears that democracy won this election. I can't say that there wasn't vote tampering or that the final decision for President was a good one ... but the democractic process seems to have worked ... sort of. I just wish a majority of this country wasn't stupid, rhetoric believeing heels.
I may offer further analysis or I may not ... it depends on how I can contain my rage. ;)
