At this point, I absolutely want to see the NHL implode and fade into nothinginess. Do I feel this way out of bitterness? Perhaps. However, what I do feel is that at the very least, there needs to be a reorginzation in the hockey world. All the executives from the NHL and the NHLPA should be terminated immediately and both sides should bring in some people who understand the game and the market ... oh, and who are willing to do what is right. And, if that can not be done ... then bring about the alternatives. I crave hockey; though, I am not going to support the ignorant or the false.

2. I believe the cancelling of the 2004-2005 season after 153 days of waiting was a good thing. Closure is a good thing. Now, let's work on 2005 - 2006.
