New Car

Ooh. New toy!

With plusses:

1. It's way cool
2. Insurance is significantly less because it is older
3. No car payments
4. Alltrac = Full time all wheel drive
5. Turbo = cool
6. Being the production version of Toyota's rally car, it should be great in the snow (and I can laugh at all the SUVs that aren't great in the snow).
7. It's fairly rare

Minuses:

1. It's fairly rare (parts are expensive)
2. It looks like most repairs are labor intensive (expensive)

However, I'm going to try to do as much work on it myself as I can (I figure I can buy a cheapo used Civic/Corolla/Echo/whatever with the money I'm saving if something catastrophic happens and I'm without a working car).

Hopefully it won't come to that, though.
