First there was the discriminatory (as in economics, price discrimination) change in how LCC charges for classes. (The change from 'credit hours' to 'contact hours' didn't change prices for a conventional student taking core classes, but did change prices for anyone taking a non-traditional enrichment class).
Next, LCC changes it's computerized enrollment/financial aid system with one that is really broken. Not only was it annoying to work with (for both students and teachers), but it's still not working correctly.
Lansing State Journal: LCC aid glitch means no books for some
Update: This article reveals that LCC paid $2.5 million for this broken software.
What a waste. I would have made a better system for them for half of that ;-)
