After much delay, I've upgraded to MT 3.2 here.
I pushed the ThreadedComments patch forward, but not the MTThreadMail patch. I'm thinking that I should maybe check into the MT-3 plugin API to see how much of this stuff I can re-do using a more supported/supportable method.
In any event, let me know if you notice anything horribly broken. I've got the old MT and a db backup ready for emergency restore.
